Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and therapists, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice may be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
